What to tell us when you call
Have your project dates and site address ready. If you're renting portable toilets for a construction job, we'll ask how many workers and how many hours per day. There's no quote fee. We give you a ballpark range based on unit type, rental duration and delivery distance. Actual pricing depends on how long you rent and when you need service. A standard porta potty rents daily, weekly or monthly, with different rates for each. An ADA accessible unit costs more because it has a larger footprint and meets ADA Standards section 213.2, requiring accessible clustered units at 1 in 20 minimum.
Once you pick your dates, we'll lock in the price. Payment is due before delivery. We take credit card, check and bank transfer. Cancellations more than 7 days out get a full refund; less than 7 days and you're charged a service fee. If you're in a neighboring city like March ARB 7.4 miles southwest or Loma Linda 15.4 miles north, we serve those too, though delivery fees may differ.
For longer rentals, ask about weekly service. How often porta potties are cleaned depends on the rental agreement, but the baseline under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 is one service visit per week for up to 10 users over a 40-hour week. Do you rent for events?
Yes. Event restroom rental covers weddings, festivals, marathons and outdoor concerts. We stock enough units for crowds, handle delivery and setup, and arrange regular service during your event. Two weeks notice is ideal.
What if I damage the unit?
Normal wear isn't charged. Deliberate damage or filling a tank beyond capacity triggers damage fees. We inspect every unit before and after rental. If something breaks in normal use, tell us right away so we can repair or swap it.
How much is delivery?
Depends on unit type and distance. Call for a quote because pricing scales with what you're renting and how far we're traveling. Confirm the site address first.
